Ward Newborn : Middle Georgia Newborn Photographer

I love, love, love having a Baby Club.  It means that I have the opportunity to watch these precious little souls grow over the course of a year.  Every time I have a new client join I get excited!  I just love photographing squishy little newborns.  The faces and noises they make are so sweet.  It doesn't hurt that I get my baby fix too!

This precious little guy slept for me through the entire session.  He was a total champ and his little smiles just melted my heart!  He has the sweetest family who just love him to bits.  I can't wait to watch this little guy grow!

Skipper Engagement : Middle Georgia Wedding Photographer

We met with this gorgeous couple a few months ago to discuss the details of their engagement and wedding.  I threw around the idea of shooting their engagement session up in the North Georgia mountains and they were all for it.  I knew, right then, we were going to have a blast working together.

The day started out slightly crisp, but gorgeous.  When we arrived at their hotel we found out that they had had no hot water to bathe in!  Despite this hiccup, they were in good spirits and ready to tackle the trails and the ice cold water.  Our first location was a relatively short hike up and they were total troopers.  Let me tell you, this water is no joke.  It is cold.  Like, make your feet go numb in 5 seconds, cold.  They jumped in, no hesitation and did everything I asked of them.  We all ended up soaked (Mac forgot to take out his wallet and soaked everything in it!!) The rocks were slippery and there were  a few close calls, but, in the end we all made it out alive lol!!

I am in love with these images.  Every. last. one.  I couldn't be more excited to share these with you all!

This next shot took some doing.  My fellow photographers will totally understand, but, it took some super steady hands, a log and holding my breath to capture it:

Shaun, Samantha, we can't wait for your wedding next year - we know it will be absolutely beautiful!!

Rozier Sisters : Middle Georgia Child Photographer

Let me tell you...these two were SO much fun to photograph.  They were so full of spunk and laughter and totally sweet.  They kept me giggling, sometimes so hard I couldn't hold the camera steady.  They worked the camera and made my job super easy.  Aren't they gorgeous!?

Still one of my favorite sessions to date.  Looking at that last one just makes my heart happy!

Sweet Baby Coy : 6 Months : Middle Georgia Baby Photographer

It's been a bit quiet here on the blog hasn't it?  I'm sorry about that - things have been super busy for us over here at JW Photography and unfortunately we let the blog go for just a bit. Rest assured we are trying our best to bring it back up to speed!

So, how about we start out fresh with this precious little boy that we had the pleasure of photographing a month ago?  You are going to love his sweet little cheeks and his gorgeous head of hair!  I am so excited about having him as a member of the Baby Club - it means more time for me to sneak in a squeeze or two!

Manning Engagement Session : Middle Georgia Wedding Photographer

This engagement session very nearly didn't happen.  See, Jamie was overseas serving our country and our session was rained out when he was home on a very short vacation home.  So, we weren't sure when we were going to be able to squeeze their engagement session in.  When he returned home we were still unsure because of conflicting schedules.  After some moving dates and rescheduling we finally managed to get their engagement session done.  I am so glad we did!  I just loved how this session turned out - they make it so easy too.  The camera loves them!  It started raining in the middle of our session so we took cover until the rain let up some...then, it was back out to wrap up.  You can't even tell that we ended up a bit wet lol!

Burke 1 Year Session Sneak : Middle Georgia Child Photographer

I have to admit it, I adore 1 year sessions.  I love nothing more than to watch a little one dig into a cake and just go crazy.  I also love the 1 year antics - so. much. fun.  I always have a blast at these sessions.  This one was no exception.  First, look at this little guy!  Isn't he adorable???!!  He could model!  He was a champ through the entire session - even though it was hot, muggy and full of gnats.  The rain moved in and we had to duck for cover, but, once it let up we were right back at it.

He was all about the cake.  He required no prompting at all - he jumped right in there, face first.  Literally. face. first.  I was laughing so hard I could barely work the camera.  Priceless!

Jaime
